Internet Store Policy
Financing: available for purchases over $599. Special financing options also available We verify credit worthiness by ordering a
credit report.
Delivery: Delivery charges vary based on method of shipment, weight and dimension of items and region where items will be
delivered. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain items. Customer will be notified of special delivery charges prior to
filling the order. Furniture delivery may be curb side or in home based on services in your area. Customer must ensure that
someone is present to receive delivery. In the event that customer is not present to receive delivery and merchandise is returned,
customer will incur the return freight charge.
Return Policy: It is our goal to satisfy our customers through excellent customer service and care.
All care will be taken in the processing and verifying of purchases prior to shipment. Please inspect items before accepting delivery.
At the time of delivery, if items are damaged or appear to be damaged in transport, customer has the right to refuse delivery. By
accepting delivery the customer accepts that the items purchased are received in good condition. Household Furniture
Discounters Inc. have a no refund policy for online purchases. After delivery is accepted in good condition, items are
non-returnable. This policy enables us to continue to offer low!, low! internet prices.
Non-Fit: Household Furniture Discounter Inc will not be responsible for non-fit items.
Cancellations: Customer has 24 hours to cancel any orders. A 1.5% cancellation fee may apply. There is no cancellations on
special orders or layaway items.
Typing errors: In the event of typographical errors, items will be sold at the correct price...not the error price.
